HERMES SoftLab name change
Leading information technology and software engineering firm HERMES SoftLab today announced plans to change its name to Comtrade. In 2008 HERMES SoftLab joined the Comtrade Group and has continued to provide the same high quality services to all of it clients across the globe. According to Veselin Jevrosimovic, Founder and Chairman of Comtrade Group: “This merger has proven highly successful and has enabled us to leverage the resources of our combined organizations. It is therefore with great pleasure that we would like to announce the renaming of HERMES SoftLab to Comtrade.”
The renaming process will take place in three stages:
As of June 9, 2010, all HERMES SoftLab e?mail addresses will be changed to comtrade.com and new corporate visual identity will take place in all communications to support the Comtrade brand.
The process of changing the legal name of HERMES SoftLab’s corporate office in Slovenia to Comtrade has started and will be finalized within the coming months. Upon its completion the corporate website www.hermes-softlab.com will be redirected to www.comtrade.com.
From September 1, 2010, all local HERMES SoftLab offices will be renamed to Comtrade.
After nearly two decades of continuous growth Comtrade is now a recognized leader in information and communication technologies in Southeastern Europe. Comtrade Group is able to offer R&D services, top?range IT solutions and its own software products.
