Comtrade Gaming has launched a new version of iCore, online gambling platform. The 2.0 version is a major upgrade which includes three years of improvements from existing clients which have differentiated their offering through iCore’s open innovation approach. The main focus of the new version has been on player engagement, as well as mobile gaming and sportsbook software support.
Online gaming platform’s strongest value lies in its player engagement features. Although the gamification concepts were already introduced last year when ‘Universal Free Spins’ were released, they now are a part of a bigger Award Games suite, an extension of the iCore innovative Bonusing system. Award Games help operators reward their players with bonuses or prizes using engaging games instead of the traditional ‘deposit match’ bonuses. While adding a lot of player engagement features that run in real time, a lot of effort has been additionally spent on system performance optimizations to make sure that iCore’s enterprise level performance has not been compromised and is suitable for most traffic intense sites.
